I started to watch this movie, but had to stop after app. 20 mins. It was so bad, that it was pointless to go on watching this crap. The acting sucks, the uniforms are not even close to resembling the real nazi uniforms. the storyline sucks. This is a B-movie and not worth spending 2 mins on. It looks like af junior high school movie project. But even kids can do it better. Avoid

One of the worst films I've seen. Wooden acting. Poor characterisation. The Germans were totally unconvincing. An absolute disaster of a film from beginning to end. An insult to anyone who has created a film dedicated to the atrocities of Auschwitz

This is a slow moving film with a dreary gray background. No real character build up. I was bored. He wanted to tell the world about Auschwitz and surprise, the allies knew and didn't seem to care. Keep you fast forward close by.

I'm a great one for making my own mind up, sometimes I've looked at badly rated films I've found to be treasures. This is not one of those films. I'll keep this as brief as possible, as I wish the director had done too. Ideally under a minute, but life is full of disappointments. I shan't comment in detail on the acting, other than to echo others who say it's awful. I've seen more emotion in a wooden fence. Actors who can't even manage a German accent? Puh-leease! The straw that broke this camels back was the on-screen text informing the viewer that we were looking at KL Auschwitz in 1944. It's a basic historical fact that Kazimierz Piechowski and his three fellow prisoners escaped in 1942. It took me 20 seconds on Wikipedia to check my memory was correct, and yet a film company taking months to make a film somehow couldn't find the time. If you can't even be bothered to get something so basic right, it doesn't bode well. I didn't waste time hanging around to look at the uniforms to see if they'd bothered to get them right. The only silver lining to this cloud is that Piechowski died 3 years ago, so is not around to be disgusted by this unmitigated garbage.

'True Events'.... Yeah. So, here's what you do. Pick up first-editions of: 6 volumes of "Second World War" by Sir Winston Churchill (4,448 pages) "Crusade in Europe" (559 pages) By Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower 3 Volumes of "Mémoires de guerre" by Charles de Gaulle (2,054 pages) "The Patton Papers" (695 pages) - This is General George Patton's diary that was published by Martin Blumenson after Patton was 'Suicided'. *** 8 THOUSAND PAGES *** of World War II history told FIRSTHAND by the PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE. Guess what? Not one single mention of 'ovens', 'gas chambers', 6 gorillion murdered. Nothing. So -- what is reality? According to the American Red Cross, there were a combined total of 275,000 people that died in the work camps (that's what they actually were), and of that 275k -- 40% were (((them))). And... they died mostly of Typhus and starvation. It's called 'war'.... Now.. (((THEY))) actually killed 30 MILLION CHRISTIANS when (((THEY))) invaded Russia (Bolsheviks? Yeah - that's (((them)))).

An insult to the memories of the lost souls of Auschwitz. Stuck it for about 5 mins and the so called acting and sets were worst I've seen in a long time!
