How to make the best no-bake KitKat cheesecake! A creamy vanilla cheesecake, with a buttery biscuit base, topped with a chocolate ganache and surrounded by KitKats. No oven, no eggs, and no gelatin needed, and it's really easy to make with just 8 ingredients. You'll find all the ingredients listed below and timestamps for each stage of the baking process. This is one of my most popular dessert recipes of all time, so I just had to bring you a full-length tutorial. This cheesecake is 8" in size and easily serves 12-14 people. It's a perfect showstopper dessert to place on the dining table. You'll need a whisk for this recipe - You can use a hand/balloon whisk, but I do recommend using an electric whisk/mixer or stand mixer to make it quicker and easier. I use a food processor to crush the biscuits, but you can use a bag and rolling pin if preferred. Ingredients list: Base: 350g Digestive biscuits (or Graham crackers) 170g Salted or unsalted butter, melted 34 KitKat fingers Cheesecake filling: 450ml Double cream (or heavy cream), cold 500g Full-fat cream cheese, room temperature 120g Icing sugar 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract Topping: 100g Dark chocolate (see video for substitutions) 100ml Double cream (heavy cream) 12 KitKat fingers, roughly chopped Instructions:- 00:00 - What's Up Guy's 00:28 - Recipe Starts 00:45 - Making the base 01:30 - Adding your KitKat ring 02:15 - Pressing the base into your tin 03:05 - Making your cheesecake filling 04:45 - Adding the cheesecake filling 05:23 - Making your ganache 06:40 - Adding your topping 08:00 - Cutting the cake 08:25 - TASTE TEST 09:00 - Outro, Like and Subscribe.
