Watch this unique Submission Wrestling training match between two close friends: Colin (85kg) and Victor (61kg). Despite the significant weight difference, the grappling exchange is surprisingly competitive, showcasing skill, control, and mutual respect. This isn't an official GRPL match — due to the size gap, a real bout wouldn't be fair. But in this friendly sparring session, both athletes push each other technically and physically, offering a great example of what Submission Wrestling is all about: timing, strategy, and technique over brute strength.
