Hey Fam! This is my time tested and perfected, never fail recipe for the absolute BEST Southern Pecan Pie. It's the perfect classic dessert for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any family gathering. The biggest secret to a perfect pecan pie is getting the filling to set up just right. No more runny pies! My method uses a combination of light and dark corn syrup plus a little cornstarch. This results in a sliceable and delicious filling every single time. This is the foolproof recipe you can trust to get that classic old fashioned taste that everyone loves.
