This is the tastiest Beef Vegetable Soup ( Sopa de Carne) made in the Instant Pot. It's my aunt's recipe and it's nutritious and hearty. It's made with well seasoned stew beef, potatoes and carrots. Blend it, when you have a sore throat or a tooth extraction.
