What happens when the fastest American kickboxing style collides with one of the most brutal fighting systems ever developed in Europe? In the early 1990s, two kickboxing legends stood on opposite sides of a historic rivalry. Rick Roufus represented the American style—fast footwork, explosive spinning kicks, precision, and spectacular high kicks. Across the ring stood Rob Kaman, the Dutch kickboxing legend known for relentless pressure, devastating combinations, and crushing low kicks. When they finally collided in 1991, the result became an unforgettable 12-round war. Roufus scored a devastating knockdown with a high kick. But Kaman refused to break. Then, just when everyone thought the Dutch fighter was finished, Kaman fired back with a brutal high kick of his own. And that was only the beginning. After 12 grueling rounds, Roufus was initially declared the winner. But controversy surrounding the fourth round eventually changed the result to a No Contest. Three years later, the two legends met again. This time, neither man wanted excuses. American speed vs Dutch pressure. Precision vs power. Youth vs experience. Two legends. One final war. Watch until the end to see how one of the most memorable rivalries in kickboxing history finally came to an end. When American Kickboxing Met the Dutch Killing Machine...
