Bart Scholten of Sportcentrum Emsland takes on Mahdi Rasoli from Sandow / Koru Gym in a Men Advanced -80 kg Takedown Wrestling match at RAMM Fighting Series 4 in Ommen, Netherlands. This matchup is built around standing grappling, pressure, balance-breaking, and the ability to turn a clean entry into control. The format is designed to level the playing field between different combat sports backgrounds. By bringing Judo, Sambo, BJJ, and Wrestling into the same takedown-focused ruleset, the match rewards timing, control, and dominance on the feet without long ground exchanges. THE RULES First to Three: The first fighter to land three takedowns wins the match. Control to Score: To score, you must force your opponent down on a knee or elbow for three solid seconds. Sudden Death: If time runs out during a tie, the fight continues until the next point takes it all. 📍 Event: RAMM Fighting Series 4 📅 Date: Sunday, June 14, 2026 🇳🇱 Location: Sportschool Emsland, Ommen, Netherlands 🏆 Division: Men Advanced -80 kg ABOUT COMBATNL CombatNL is the premier stage for Dutch combat talent.
