NEVER SAW IT COMING | Wrestlings Biggest Failed Swerves In every form of media, there are times when the creators will change things after the fact and pretend like it’s always been that way. It happened with Sherlock Holmes’ return from the grave in the late 1800’s, it happened again with the Star Wars special editions in the 1990’s, and it’s still been going on as recently as the current day with the way in which Nick Fury lost his eye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But of course, wrestling is no stranger to this phenomenon either. So, with that in mind then, let’s take a look at some of the best and worst times where changing the past has taken place, by taking a deep dive into Rewriting History: Wrestling’s Biggest Retcons.
