Beloved, Today is all about how to make an easy chicken curry with coconut milk. It comes together in about 80 minutes and pairs well with almost all sides from rice, matooke, potatoes and posho/ugali to your favourite breads. Feel free to swap the chicken breasts for drums and thighs; chicken stock for water and Worcestershire sauce for lemon juice. You may also turn the heat in this curry down by reducing the amount of chili powder used or ditching it altogether. I hope you will create this easy curry for your family; they’ll love you for it😁.
