Learn from Legends: http://www.legendarystriking.com 1. The slickest USA striker sweeps MMA fighter! Eddie Abasolo is a full matrix striker, the slickest in the USA. Here’s a beautifully timed sweep from him, one of his specialities. 2. Epic cross catch sweep! ⁣ ⁣ The savage Liam Harrison sweeps out Shane Fazen!⁣ ⁣ Usually the switch kick is countered by the cross catch, but instead of clearing the kicking leg to sweep out the standing leg, this variation keeps the leg in high position.⁣ ⁣ Then, with the momentum driving forward, the leg is kicked out! Another key detail is that driving forward while raising the opponent’s leg alone can sweep an opponent... but that won’t be as epic looking 😏.⁣ ⁣ Let me know your thoughts on this sweep!⁣ 3. Slick technician sweeps!⁣ ⁣ These are higher level sweeps that a person with good defensive sensitivity can hit. ⁣ ⁣ The first is a hip bump against the teep, backed by a neck shove. The key is to get the whole arm around the neck and get the hip to hip. ⁣ ⁣ Once you’re in position, apply force while side stepping. ⁣ ⁣ Another key detail is that the leg needs to be thrown down and to the side of the body to initiate this.⁣ ⁣ A more commonly seen sweep is the knee grab. It seems counter intuitive to move into a knee and grab it, but when timed well it works amazing.⁣ ⁣ Once you have the knee grabbed, foot sweep while the arm presses. ⁣ ⁣ Do you think these sweeps by Si Chu work? Let me know!⁣ Stay tuned for my thoughts on LEGENDARY STRIKING! ----------------------------------- If you'd like to see the exclusive tips and additional details, sign up to my mailing list!
